Texturing Your Clay Forms
The textured clay slicer is made with a curly piece of wire across the opening. When you cut your clay, it leaves a special texture.
It is made pug width, so you can draw it through a pug of clay, and have a textured slab to work with. This tool is 12" long, and 10" at the opening. The cost of this model is $24.00
The wave tool, at 7" long and 2" wide (plus the cutting edge), allows for texturing areas of your clay work. You can get some interesting effects on the wheel, too. It comes in small, medium and large blades. Pictured is the large blade. $12.00
